A Somatic & Relational Workshop Compassionately Learning the Hidden Cues of Your Nervous System

“Many nervous systems become trapped in self-monitoring, overthinking, and protection.

This workshop explores what happens when we begin practising safety instead.”

There are parts of us that learned to stay quiet in order to stay safe.
Parts that learned to perform, disconnect, overthink, people-please, shut down, or hide what we truly feel.

This workshop is an invitation to gently meet those parts with awareness, compassion, movement, and connection.

Through nervous system education, somatic practices,

guided reflection, movement, authentic relating

exercises, and co-regulation practices,

we begin exploring what it feels like to be:

  • more safe

  • more connected

  • more expressed

  • more alive

  • more ourselves

Together, we will explore the ways the body stores stress, fear, protection, and disconnection — and how safety, witnessing, and authentic connection can begin creating new experiences within the nervous system.

This is not about “fixing” yourself.
It is about learning how to listen to yourself.

They know their patterns.
They know their anxiety.
They know why they struggle.

But insight alone does not always create change.

This workshop is designed to help you experience something different in your nervous system through safety, co-regulation, authenticity, and relational connection.

Instead of endlessly analyzing yourself, we begin practicing what it feels like to safely reconnect with yourself in real time.

  • Identify mixed cues of danger and practise introducing safety
