This is a 12 week intensive for those longing for a deeper connection to themselves, their relationships and the world.
We will be setting a powerful container for each woman to heal together, to grow together and to learn the truth of who we are, together.
In person sessions include group discussions/circles, diads and small group processes. Along with movement, dance, sound healing, and artistic expression practices.
Additionally: There is educational aspects.
This is a journey focused on finding healing within our nervous system to begin exploring a life that's possible with safety and trust, together.
There is an online educational video series included in this collective journey. The presentations focus on breaking down the science of having a nervous system and offers new tools and keys to uncover who you are and what's needed to support your journey of rising.

This program is combined with a 6 week self guided educational video series. The first six weeks will be dedicated to embodied wisdom development and self healing that integrates the learning practices from the videos. The final 6 weeks offers more collective work, we will be bringing the practices into our container and flexing our newly developed skills to tend to any blocks or fears still alive within our container.
The in person weekly sessions is where the magic gets real!
These are interactive, experiences where we will dive into the online course work together. We will grow our collective experiences and share our knowledge, wisdom, vulnerabilities and courage.
This container hopes to be a safe and supportive environment that is built by us, for us. This is to be a collective of women who will have the skills and knowledge to continue supporting each other above and beyond this 12 week series.
